Wow it's been a very long time since I've done anything! 11 miles today:) Feels good to be back. I believe I'm up to 78 miles! Happy exercising!!!

DAY 12: 11 miles again! I'm carbin' it up for my show this weekend! 67 miles down, 84 to go, which means I only need to do 3 miles a day if I did seven days a week. Since I only did four last week and four this week, I still only need to do 5 miles four days a week for the next 4 weeks:)

DAY 10: Sorry this is so late! I didn't do anything all weekend. I needed a break. Monday I biked 10 miles! It was great. I missed yesterday, but today I biked 8. I got in the car an told my mom I that I only did 8 and she replied, " ONLY!" Performances start tomorrow for my show, so I may not be as active or as attentive to the blog. Thanks for reading!!!

DAY 4:  9 miles again today!  I feel so good, but I am beyond tired so this is going to be short and sweet.  I'm not running tomorrow, so I'll be back on Saturday!  Have a happy Friday :)

DAY 3: I biked 8 miles today and walked 1!  I felt so good afterwards.  Surprisingly enough, I had this great amount of energy that almost got me through my rehearsal.  I nearly crashed at the end, but I wasn't needed then!  Unfortunately I got a second wind around 9 and am finally sleepy again.  Only 133 miles left :)

DAY 2:  Today I did 4 miles.  I had a voice lesson and rehearsals all night, so I had to cut a mile.  I figured out that I have to run 4.3 miles a day, but instead, I'm going to run 4 miles 5 days a week and 5 miles 2 days.  The only problem is that I may not be able to run/bike/walk on Sundays.  This just means I'll have 5 miles everyday.    I need sleep now if I'm going to run tomorrow with rehearsal!

I am running//biking/walking 151 miles in 5 weeks for my church.  Last year was my church's 150th  anniversary and because of this our pastor created the RBW (Ron Bruce Watts, run bike walk) Challenge.  His challenge last year was to go 150 miles in 5 weeks and get people to sponsor you per mile you run.  This year he added a mile for the added year.  I began today with 5 miles no under my belt!  Just a side note, I am not a runner, or a physical person what so ever.  I'm a musical theater person, but this is going to be fun!
